Complaint Review: Fingerhut

Fingerhut ORDER 32 IN FLAT SCREEN TV BULIT IN DVD PLAYER. AND A PLAYSTATION 3 SYSTEM. both items was return back to fingerhut. and now they still want me to pay $277 and some change and all I wanted was to exchange the items out do to the fact that the playstation 3 WORKS WHEN IT WANTS TO. AND THE FLATSCREEN TV SHOWS LINE ON THE INSIDE THE TV. EVEN THOUGH IM PAYING INSURANCE ON BOTHE ITEMS. FINGERHUT WONT EXCHANGE THE ITEMS. THEY SAID THAT THEY CAN RETURN THE ITEMS BACK TO ME. FOR THIS 2 YEAR PLAN THAT I PAY FOR BUT FINGERHUT SHOULD BE THE ONE TO STAND BEHIND THERE PRODUCTS. AND NOT THIS 2 YEAR PLAN. STIANT CLOUD Minnesota

I purchas 2 items  1item was a 32 inch flatscreen tv bulit in dvd player. and the 2nd item was a playstation 3 system. The frist item was return which was the playstation 3 because it worked when it wants to. And the flat screen tv was also return back to fingerhut. I had spoke to them on the phone to exchange both items . even though i payed insurance on both iteem they refuse to exchage the item. Fingerhut said that they can return the same items back to me and send them to the manterfracture .and i said i didnt order them from there. I said i order them from your company. Even though i return both item back to them. Fingerhut still want me to pay $ 277. And some change. Even though I dont have the products.
