fingerhut ordered 3 items received only 1 charged full shipping cost for all items sent third item back after 3 days St. Cloud, Minnesota
ordered 3 items from this company after a lengthy time only received 1 item
other 2 items went directly back to their warehouse because they messed up on the address and deleted part of our address which made it on deliverable
after receiving the 1 and only item we got set back after 3 days do to wrong size
we pay for the shipping on the item that was being return before receiving the item1 that we have to return we started getting phone calls regarding payment never received a bill for the item yet
after several discussions with customer service they informed us we will incur this 30 dollar fee every month company is charging for the full shipping charge for all items even though we do not have any items in our possession

First of all since you have a computer ,contact figerhut through their site and file a complaint on your orders.
If an order is received that is defective,not the one you ordered ,or the right size ,you should request they send you a pre-paid return receipt lable.Follow the return policy to the letter,incluse all forms,etc. additionally since you seem to know what happened to the other two orders ,include that with your online complaint .
A complaint will be opened and an emails will follow.
Request the releif you deserve .
Credits ,etc.
If you get no satisfaction ,file a complaint with your office of Attorney General against fingerhut and the bank. Include all nessesary informations.
