Complaint Review: fingerhut

fingerhut purchased defected laptop.hp proved motherboard defected.reported to fingerhut.had no response. still paying for it. newark newjersey

i purchased hp laptop from fingerhut in 2014. computer is not working properly. I notified fingerhut of issues they sai they would not make restitution . they told me to contact hp the manufactor. i followed through with this request. Hp attempted on several occassion to resolve problem but could not. they even die complete full restore it still did not work. recently sent the product to hp forpossible reoair and/or replacement. i received product back with the analysis that the system motherboard needed replacement. however i am still having problems. I think fingerhut should refund since i purchasd the product from them not hp.When the system motorboard is damaged the product is obvisiousy defected. one of the fingerhut reps that i sppoke to was very rude as well. I am still paying for product. I have even sent them emails about the product with no response. they coul give me a courtesy call. I bet if i miss a payment tey woul call me. I am very disssapointed with this situation
