Fingerhut Rip-off ordered items received wrong merchandise, returned it & still got billed for it St. Cloud Minnesota

I ordered some towels and a comforter, it was the wrong colors and the wrong order, I called and got a return order number and sent the items back to fingerhut in original box and they claimed they did not receive it. One employee acknowledged the reciept of the merchandise, then months later I received bills on the same merchandise, they reported it to the credit bureau, and this is the only thing on my report which is negative.

I pay for everything I order. they messed up my credit and it is still pending. Its been two years and I refuse to pay for something I sent back to the company. however, It is wrong for this company to get away with this type of practice. I am a manager of a health food store and I help people. How can they stay in business?????
