fingerhut ripoff fraudulent billing for purchases not made debited instead of credited charged for late payments when insurance should have paid for it mistreated St Cloud Minnesota

Fingerhut and Axsys National Bank have been ignoring me for over two years. I have reported to them that purchases have been added to my account that were NOT authorized, and promises made by Fingerhut to "take care of the problem" only resulted in double billing. Instead of seeing a credit I owed twice as much as before!

Instead of seeing a $600.00 (approx) reduction I saw a $600.00 increase! After that, I stopped payments. I called in to Fingerhut to stop auto-debit (Forced), but they continued auto-debit anyway causing a checking problem that they also blame on me.

Now they want me to explain why I don'y pay off a bill that in my opinion has already been paid, and has been tripled after they tacked on late charges that should not have existed in the first place! Help!!
