I ordered a futon and a few days later part of it was sent literally in pieces, some missing, one part broken and the box was badly dented.

This shows me that they don't give a dam how or who sends it. Let's have a little finest please,and the rest of the pieces.

Now I have to either send this rather large box of wood puzzel back because it also didn't enclude any of the instructions for putting it together.

As well the nuts and bolts where missing. Or as the customer service person told me on the phone that I will have to wait and see if the next package comes to write to the manufacturer to see if they can send me a replacement part for the broken one {which is a small important 3"by 1" block of wood}.

The manufacturer happens to be somewhere in eastcabuckstawhooda,Brazil, If it comes at all.
