Fingerhut/Web Bank Fingerhut Finger Hut Webbank Web Bank Illegal Late Fees Eden Prairie Minnesota

I placed an order with your company on June 6, 2013 in which I used my Fingerhut credit and paid the difference with my debit card. My payment was to be $16.99 a month and I setup with auto debit from my bank account to debit $20.00 every month. It is now April 10, 2014 and my account is showing a balance of $247.62

The item I purchased was a Nabi 2 Tablet for my daughter for $234.99 as I stated above I paid the difference with my debit card and then set up payments for the Nabi. I checked my account a few weeks ago knowing I was close to having this item paid in full and came to realize that it was showing a balance over $300!

How could this be? There is NO way! I have been paying $20.00 every month which was automatically debited from my bank account by Fingerhut/Webbank every month. I called to discuss this matter and was told that my payments were late every month! How are my payments late if Fingerhut/Webbank Debits my account every month?

No one called, emailed, or notified me in anyway about this issue. Instead someone took advantage of the situation and will not reverse the late charge fees for something I feel is not my fault.

Someone finally called last night at 8:00pm 9months later, and stated they were from collections and needed a $30.00 payment to make my account current. Are you kidding me? The guy was very rude and said I’m sorry too many times. Sorry does not make this right. You are already making money on this product with your high prices. I could have bought two Nabis for what you are charging me.

You would rather be greedy and treat your customers with disrespect then make things right and own up to your mistake and poor customer service and business practices. I will take this issue to as high and far as it needs to go to resolve it in a satisfactory manner.
