"I ordered this shoe and it said it was in stock. You'd think in this age of technology, you can find out instantly with a simple database call if a shoe is in stock. After the 5 day waiting period, they canceled my order saying they didn't have any in stock. Zappos or Eastbay is so much better. Read more at ripoffreport dot com. Seriously, this site needs to get their act together."

Wouldn't answer my phone or provide any order or tracking information. The customer service rep was very detached and didn't really care.
