Complaint Review: Finish Line Powersports

Ive been waiting for 7 weeks for my license plate. The excuse they gave me was that the secretary of state was having an issue. After going thru my second temp plate I call back to check the status and have a new temp plate sent to me so I can ride my bike. Waited a week did not see the temp plate.

I called Finish Line and spoke with someone stating that my plate just got there on 7-27-2007. I ask to have the plate mail to my house. Today is 8-2-2007 and still no plate. My bike has been sitting in the garage due to no plate for a week.

Finish Line got a credit card with a high interested issued to me without letting me know. This card has a minimum purchase limit of $50.00 or you get charge extra fees for using it.

My concern is that I did not request for this card and they used my confidential information I used to apply for the loan to apply for this card without my consent. I was having a real hard time trying to cancel this card because there are no phone # on any of the documentation that came with the card. I finally found a phone # when a second letter with the PIN # for the card came to my house.
