Finish Line Sporting Goods/Sports Illustrated Scam

I started receiving sports illustrated at my new apt and assumed it was from my move and it was a trial subscription.  Then I received a debit in my checking account for $49.99 and called the number attached to the debit,  I was told it was from a pair of shoes that I purchased at Finish Line and I should have been told at the check out that I would receive a subscription of Sports Illustrated and could cancel it.  I was never told anything regarding Sports Illustrated.  I had the transaction cancelled but it will take seven days for money that was illegally taken out of my account to be returned.
