Finn Goswami Founder of PLEX Did not honor Satisfaction Guarantee
I purchased their software system plus one-time offers for a total of $207.11 on 12/25/20. There were offering a 1-year satisfaction guarantee or your money back.
On 7/23/21 I asked for a refund as I was not satisfied with the purchase. I was told to file a dispute with PayPal since the purchase was made via PayPal.
I did file a dispute, but PayPal will not honor disputes for purchases over 6 months old so it was rejected. I replied to Gyle at the PLEX support email with this information and they have not responded.
If you're not willing to honor a 1-year satisfaction guarantee, then don't offer it.
