Fiores Power sports Sold a broken personal watercraft Monroe Connecticut
I purchased a Yamaha personal watercraft from them in April 2015 ( still very cold in CT ) that was supposedly all ready to go for the 2015 season . Long story short I registered it on 6-12-15 and went to use it on 6-13-15 and it was only running on 2 of 3 cylinders . Took it home and found no spark on 1 cylinder . Tried calling but no answer so I emailed them and got a fast response supprisingly and emailed Chris Fiore back and forth and made arrangements to drop off 6-15-15 and did so . He led me to believe by the emails he would make it right . HA HA not the case . Got a call 6-17-15 that the carburetors need rebuilding at a cost of $850 to $900 which I was rather supprised at . Summary is that the jetski was misrepresented as to condition and I was tricked and my $3000 was taken . ( ripped off )

This ripoff report should be removed as it was a huge misunderstanding on my part and was posted in anger . Fiores Power sports is a reputable repair and sales business and did take care of all the issues I had with my ski . They confused it with another ski that was in for a paid repair which wasn't purchased from them and didn't recognize my ski because I drastically changed its appearance and after a person phone call from the owner and long discussion he agreed to take care of the problem and explained the confusion . They are the best place to buy or have you ski serviced .
