Purchased a pair of shoes from well known site, Women Within.  Used before and no problem,  Pop up box said customer reward. A cross necklace was revealed and asked to pay only shipping charges. I thought it was linked with Woman-Within and reward for long standing customer. of course I am always wrong.  Also I am a Senior citizen.  Charged my debit card 98.oo dollars on 04/03/2013.  Please help.  Patricia
