Subject: Your FirePay Account

Hi how are you? What happened why was this done? I

just had my bank information updated by a

representative and I was told to go in and add my bank

information again. Also I was under the impression

that my previous bank account could not accept

depostits from Fire Pay which is what I was told. But

now I see that it has gone through so I would like to

have my previous bank active again. Thanks

Now they ask for just a copy of my license here right? So I send it to them. And then this is what they send me back.

Hi Souleymane,

The online printout you provided does not confirm your
bank account number.

Please make certain that your full name and bank
account number are visible.

Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have
further inquiries.

I faxed with my computer and I have all of the receipts as proof. Plus I sent lots more of completely ignored emails. I had my account with them for a few months it had been validated but I had never used it before. I think that they are connected with casinocash.co.uk because I won the UK lotto. I had to go through lots of hassles with them before I was able to get paid. I won on January 12th and up to now I don't have all of my money, thanks to firepay. Now why would they stress me for a copy of the statement when I see that they made a confirmation payment into my account on February 8th? And just to avoid problems I have faxed it over to them twice. On Feb. 10th and Feb.11th I explained to them that I had a death in my family and that I really need my money but that doesn't seem to matter. There is nothing that looks remotely fraudulent in my case. I've read other bad things about them and I don't want to end up waiting for months for them to straighten this out. They seem intent on making me suffer. I have threatened them but they are not phased at all by this. So they don't care and I don't know what to do since time is of importance. Please if anyone has any advice I would appreciate it. Even if someone popped up defending them I would appreciate it because then I can imagine that they will make good on this. The amount that they are holding for me now is 3,214+

Thanks all and to people who have not used them before. I suggest that you don't bother. I don't think that any real company should operate without a phone number. The only reason why I have their phone number is because I found it on here. They would not give it to me. And they refuse to call me.
