Firefly Displays WizGraphix FireFly lies to both their workers and customers about their illuminated signs Ft Lauderdale, Florida
FireFly Displays promotes some "new" illuminated/moving signs and tries to sign up sign shops as dealers across the country. I just wanted to warn you about doing business with them because the owner is a complete and total con man.
First, he promised me a 5% over-ride on all the sales of the sign shops I brought on board. It's the only reason I did it as the $20 up-front commish off the $47 fee was not worth the time.
Well, after almost 2 months, he told me I wasn't getting anything. Zero . Zip. Nada. Just as dealers were starting to order signs, he refused to honor his deal with me.
And no, I did not get it in writing. I'm am honest person and I go by what someone tells me. Besides, I've had contracts in the past, people broke them, and it was too much of a hassle to go after them. Mario told me at LEAST 10 different times I was getting a 5% override.
In addition, he had me quote prices to people and yet when they went to pay, he charged them a higher price. I really doubt you want to look like an idiot to your clients when you tell them one price and he comes back with a higher price when you get ready to buy.
Also, he tells people they'll have their order in 2 weeks and they are lucky to have it in 4 weeks.
Again, I doubt you want to look like an idiot to your customers by promising them a delivery date and it did not happen because Firefly is so dishonest.
Lastly, he told me to tell sign shops they could have an exclusive....especially only one Sign-A-Rama or one Fast Signs or one Post Net in an area. Well, he recently told me to ignore that and get everything I could in a city. When I told him I made promises to people because of what he told me, like no more than 3 sign shops of any kind in a city, he said he didn't care and to get more.
p.s. I contacted all the sign shops I signed up to warn them he's a scum bag and they ALL said his "dealer kit" was a piece of garbage and they didn't want to do business with him anyway.

I placed an order in march and prepaid. numbers are disconnected and no one responds to my many email request. stated if i did dot hear back that i would report as internet fraud. i am doing that NOW
It sounds like other people like me are spreading the word. It would be helpful for my fraud complaint to the authorities to gather as much information as possible. so feel free to forward any information to me at (((email redacted))) including the #1 employees comments stating they are there legal advice.
They took 236.00 from us and I will not rest until I get a refund. they may have ripped off the wrong person this time.

Post Net is one of the biggest Sign Shop Franchises in the country.
One of the shops I signed up thought the dealer kit was sooooooooooo bad, he called the corporate office to warn them so no one fell for the scam.
I was actually talking to their corporate headquarters about getting the whole chain.
When I called her to warn her about what a con man Mario is, she said she already knew because of the complaints.
So, I guess he has to sue them too.
I'm not going to be contacting the headquarters for Fast signs and Sign A Rama.....two other big franchises.
And, I'm going to contact all the Sign Shop Associations to let them know as well. The only reason scum bags like Mario get away with this stuff all the time is people stay silent.
Well, I'm not staying silent.
He's a lying scum bag.

I have never once done "illegal acts" so I don't know what he's talking about.
And if people want the names of all the sign shops I enrolled who said his "dealer kit" is the biggest joke they ever saw, I'd be HAPPY to give them the names and numbers so they can call them on their own.
I did not violate ANY of his "policies." He told me 10 different times I was getting an over-ride and the SECOND orders started coming in, he said they weren't going to give me one.
He's one of the biggest con men I've met in over 20 years in sales......which is saying something.
I PRAY that he sues me so that I can expose him in court.

This company provides a quality product and has prove to be fair, honest and reliable. This person was found to have background of similar illegal acts and was terminated from this company due to violating our company polities and will be facing charges for extortion and slander.
