My complaint is this:  today I received a notice from Credit First National

Association about changes (raises in fees) to my credit card.
I had no idea which card this was...there is no mention of Firestone.  By doing an online search, I was able to figure out that CFNA is my Firestone credit card.

When a company sends changes (raises in fees) and also says you can reject the changes but  your account will be closed, without mentioning which card it is referring to, I can only assume this is on purpose, to encourage you to just shrug and say: who the heck is this?  Don't know. Oh well."  And then forget about it.

I have seen this before, where the info on the credit card is not identified.  This practice tends to disempower the consumer, as he doesn't even know who he is dealing with.

Shouldn't there be a law that any important info from the credit card company must identify which card is being changed?
