Complaint Review: Firestone

At Firestone after being hassled by a heavier set mechanic with the short hair that wore his shirt sleeves rolled up that didnt want to do the one ball joint replacement along with the one that had missing fingers even though the bald manager had no problem with it and had him do the first ball joint when he returned. The heaviest guy not is not the one.

Took my vehicle to another repair shop and was reported that the other boot for 2nd ball joint was cut. These guys are the only ones that have replaced and done probably at least 1000 dollars worth of tires, alignments and repair on the two cars that I had done.

By the way the other cars paint job has just been gashed
