Took car in for a tune up and was there for over four and a half hours. Watched the mechanic mostly walk around and talk. When I asked how long it normally takes and was told a couple of hours, I was livid. The person went out to find out what was going on, she came back and said the car would not start. They had to keep jump starting it.

It seemed odd that I was having no issues with it before. She claimed there was plenty of corrosion on the battery, so I asked "you are telling me I need a new battery?". "Yes" was the reply, in which I said that they were just trying to get me to buy a new battery. She had an attitude with me, which made matters worse, but when I got the car home, it had no more corrosion on it from the last time I cleaned the terminals. I hooked up the battery tester and it said it was good, 98% charged and had 77% life. I left to make several stops and it restarted fine every time.

Extremely long wait, a mechanic that does not want to work, a desk jockey with an attitude, and trying to upsell me repairs that are not needed. Is this a place you want to trust?
