called and reported our oven does not work the first week in may, workers came out in 2 days and checked the oven said it needed a part that was replaced 2 days later. it did not fix the problem.
the repair man called the company and told them it could not be fixed. first american said they would send a part for him to put in the oven. it took 2 weeks for the repairman to get the part. we knew immediatly the part didnt work either. first american was called again, we were told they would call another repairman to check and see what the problem was. first american called me and told me to get a second opinion. and i was told not to tell the new repair man what had already been replaced. so he came out and said to replace the same parts that were already replaced and if that didnt work, the oven needs to be replaced. anyway now they want the first repairman to come out again to check the oven again. after he told them he cant do any thing else. it had been 7 weeks and we still cannot cook anything. we have spent hours on the phone trying to get something done, and we cant talk to any supervisors (because the are never any there or all away from thier desk. we are at the end of our ropes on what to do now.
