Complaint Review: First American Home Buyers Protection Corporation

First American Home Buyers Protection Corporation. Was required to purchase this by the agent and title company during the purchase of my home. Have had constant issues with the heating and air unit for 1.5 years. Two companies have highly suggested the units be replaced. First American has been putting us through different people. When we call we get different answers about the status of the claim. They are stating they will not cover things that are clearly stated in the contract that I have in hand from them.

Looking for an attorney to file a class action lawsuit against this company based on the number of people with issues and complaints on this company. Have detailed notes and call history to support claims.
