Bad service! After 8 years, I am headed elsewhere.

Friday of Memorial Day weekend, one of their contracted local companies comes out to fix our garbage disposal.  The guy is in a major rush as he has fallen way behind, and in his haste, breaks our kitchen sink pipe, rendering the sink useless at 4 pm on a long weekend Friday!  He then proceeds to tell us he is not a plumber, and leaves.

First American Home's response?  "Too bad, not our problem, take it up with the contracting company".  I explained to them that they are closed, and asked them to send out a plumber to fix the issue.  They basically said "no we won't and this is not our problem". Their expectation was that I go an entire long weekend without the use of my kitchen sink.

I had to call a plumber and pay out of my own pocket to fix their mess.  I will take my business elsewhere, and make sure to add my 2 cents worth to all the social media outlets, but from the sounds of what some other Reviewers are saying, First American doesn't seem to care about reviews.  Too bad....in this day & age, a company cannot afford not to care.
