Complaint Review: First American Home Buyers Protection

I had an electrical failure soon after I bought my house.
I called First American. They sent an electrician to take care of the problem.

The electrician left without doing any work.
First American denied the claim stating that the work was not covered by the Insurance. They refuse to specify in writing exactly why they denied the claim but orally have told nme that the problem was underground and hence not covered.

I can clearly see the short circuti and burn marks froma conduit OUTSIDE the house. I made them aware of this but the refuse to listen.

If anyone files a class action lawsuit, I will be willing to join. I have several pictures showing the exact location of the problem and many more showing an electrician fixing the problem. In addition I have the bill from the electrician and it also states clearly that the location of the conduit was outside the building.
