Complaint Review: First American Home Buyers Protection

Right before Thanksgiving 2005 by built-in microwave broke. There is not enough time or space to detail the nightmare I have experienced. I swear I'm not exaggerating when I say I have had to call them on average 2 or 3 times a week, sometimes more, and it's still not fixed. I am on the third technician. Everytime I call to check on the status, I am told something different or completely opposite from what I was told the time before.

I can't even cancel my membership successfully. Their letter to me as a new member says I can " Notify the company by telephone." if I wish to cancel. I did this, and they are refusing to cancel and refusing to reverse the automatic monthly charge to my MasterCard, forcing me to fill out paperwork with my MasterCard company disputing the charges. First American has become a fulltime nightmare.
