First American Home Protection Total incompetence Memphis Tennessee
Had the plumbing start to back up and water was running out of the bathroom into a bedroom. Called First American for service. They said they would get back to me within 3-4 hours. They finally called me back 10 hours later!
I had no choice but hire a plumber on my own; we could not spend even 3-4 hours with sewage running into the bedroom. Mr. Rooter came right out and fixed the problem for us.
