On 6/62012 I Julia Bryant assured me I could get a mortgage modification, I sent her 375.00. and after a month did not here from her. The phone was disconnected and email undeliverable. I contacted BBB to file a complaint then I heard from her. After that is has been a bunch of excuses. Now they claim that , dept, is filing chapter 11. No one will return my phone calls.
FAMS also replied to BBB stating that they would resolve the problem in 2 wks. which was Aug.6. and the BBB did not hear from them.
Beware !! these people are a bunch of crooks!!!
