I signed up with this company to process checks for my company on-line. Signing up was fast and painless. However, we processed several checks and never received any money from it. I asked several time what was going on but didn't receive a reply. Then all of a sudden I was told something about a reserve amount. I checked the contract I had signed and it did not include any reserve amount or security deposit.

So I canceled and asked for my money. However, they just continued to take out the monthly fee of $19.95 without providing any service. After repeated complaints I received some money, but was still charged a service fee for another month. Although that has been refunded, I am still awaiting an explanation as to why we never received the money the way we were supposed to. I suggest to stay away from that company and find someone else do do on-line checks!
