Complaint Review: First American Registry

my husband and i applied for an apartment on july 21, 2004. We were approved with conditions on the same day.

we were told that if we didn't receive a call by the next day that we would be able to come in on Friday july 24 to sign our lease and pay the 1st months rent to get in the apartment.

we didn't receive any call, so i went ahead and had our utilities transferred but to our surprise we were decline because of something my husband did 12 years ago that should had been clear up a long time ago but First American Registry took it back tens and the apartment complex. This company really screwed us now my husband and i and our two children are living apart because of First American Registry.
