This company folded and did not contact any consumers advising their customers that their extended warranty payments were not going to be honored. They received thousands and thousands of dollars without fullfilling their contractual agreement.
The State of Hawaii, if pursueing a liquidation process but as of June 2008 it will be years before any consumer would be reimbursed by this company.

I was also a victem of First Assured Warrenty and are frustrated that it is taking so long for them to be held accountable and for us to be paid back for their greed and negligence. Only in America huh? Thanks to all who report, keep up the fight. Jeff Culbertson Bellevue Washington U.S.A.
