I puchaseded a 2006 Dodge Durango and a Comprehensive warranty for $1600.   I followed all of their guidelines, service requirements and contacted them as requested.   I then had my repair shop call to authorize repairs.


Despite have a comprehensive coverage package (most thorough), they refused to pay for any of the repair.   The engine bolts broke, and this is a known defect with this vehicle.  They also refused to discuss the issue and indicated there was no appeal process. 


I will never buy another vehicle warranty, as after researching the company it appears their mode of operation is to deny all claims - then only address those that get escalated.
