 Linda - New York

Purchased used vehicle from dealership.  Took (extended warranty) he called it for $1720.00 additional as it was a used vehicle.  Purchased the vehicle in September - in December (driven less than 500 miles and less than 30 days) I went to use it and bad noise and shaking.  Engine is blown.

Superior was contacted.  They let me know they will only pay half (although the contract I have says $100.00 deductable only and engine parts and service is all 100%.

Come to find out; the dealership only had the first two pages and so did I of the contract I bought and signed.  But, there are 4 pages with fine tuning on the last two pages of the amounts they pay up to.  I only got page 1 & 2 which states all paid.!!

Superior I questioned.  When a client purchases an agreement from a dealership, don't they send a duplicate copy (like a bank) of a legal contract purchased to the client?  They said, its not their responsibility to do.  They told me its the dealerships responsibility to make sure he has all the contract and provide me with all four pages.  That hit me very strange.

I am now going to call and cancel my contract.  Please pray they honor what is stated in the contract, that they refund the entire amount less 10%.

How can a dealership and a service contract company together surprisingly omit pages of the contract and just give you the first two pages (which I read there thoroughly before signing) and never give you the remaining pages that you don't know exist.?????   Whew!!!!  Amazing.  Each blames the other and I am stuck not driving with no vehicle since December.

I receive a text message from the owner himself fro the dealership (and I was shocked and locked it) I have it forever in black and white.  It states word from word:   If you call the bbb and retract your negative feedback I will consider helping you further otherwise this matter is out of my hands."  WOW!!!!

To top it off; I received in the mail - I purchased vehicle September, this is received w envelope dated January 20, 2015 a copy of the entire contract.  I only read and signed two pages, I never agreed to this contract so why do I need a copy now.  The dealership states he never had entire contract and didn't know it, so he had Superior fax it to him?????

Last -- I have a witness that was with me when I read and signed the paperwork for the vehcile.  The witness purchased a vehcile from the dealership a year and a half before.  The witness took also the superior protection plan too.  The witness also has the same exact two pages only as I do.   Doesn't this say something?
