I tried this service for a short time, and found it to be worthless. That is bad enough. Now, months after I cancelled (and they verify that I have not engaged with them for six months, at least), they billed me again. That is pretty terrible behavior, but I have seen it before from other of these shady online companies.
How this company is much worse, though, is that they will not reverse the charge. Every legitimate company I have encountered will admit the mistake, and reverse the charge for services you did not request and did not receive. This group seems dishonest and sleazy to a different degree than any other, and makes me suspect deliberate fraud.
