Week of April 8, 2002 for several days 1st Capital Bank called my wife and offered an incredible credit card deal.
Octavio Williams said my wife was approved for a $2000 MasterCard credit line and a $2500 Visa credit card, both a 0% interest and no annual fee. Plus we would receive a free Samsung cell phone.

He said all we need to do is authorize a $199 checking account transfer and within 4 days my wife would receive her cards. I told him I would like to read the terms of agreement, and he said the information would be mailed with the credit cards after the funds transfer had taken place.

I told him it sounds like a good deal, but since you have not mailed any documents, I'd like to check out your company, and I'll call you back tomorrow afternoon. He gave me a phone number to the "main office", 416-488-4664, which was a recording.

Then, I decided to check the internet. I typed in "First capital Bank" in Yahoo, and stumbled upon this website.

Your website saved my wife and I from being ripped off by 1st Capital because of the information you provided. Thank you!
