Complaint Review: First Capital Bank

I was contacted by phone when I opened my new business. They said that they wanted to give one of their credit cards. At first I said no then they kept calling so I finally said yes. They took the information over the phone and told me that they would need to tack $199.00 from my business checking account. They took the money out on Feb. 11th of 2002. Oh yes they also gave me my pin code over the phone and I also talked to their supervisor(I was told that she was) she gave me a phone # that I can reach them at, but I keep calling and all I get is a recording to leave your name and phone# that their system will not record long messages. Well it's been almost a month and nothing I'v made 10 phone calls and they do not call me back. I think I've been had and it has cost me.
