Complaint Review: CCA First Capital CArd

I too have recently received a First Capital Card. When I tried to call to find out what it was all about I was not greeted with the name of a company. Instead an unfriendly young male answered the phone, and asked if this was my first time calling. I replied that it was and then asked him for the address to his web-site. He claimed that there was no web-site. In the documentation that came with my "credit-card" it stated that you can shop online at their website. I then read to him the pertinent information. He replied that I needed to, "get a life," and hung up before I could ask anymore questions. Any company that is willing to alienate their potential customers in this fashion has to have some major problems. If they won't answer honest questions, then one can only believe that they are a dishonest company. Tear up that card as soon as you see it!
As you will see there are many ripoff reports on this web site reguarding this company.
