Complaint Review: First Capital Consumer Group

Hello, I believe I was scammed by First Capital. I was led to believe I would be receiving two cards (1 Mastercard and 1 Visa)with a credit limit of $2500 each. They debited our account for $199. That was on July 8th and it is now July 25th and still no cards. I became suspicious so I started doing some searching on the net and found your site and it was appalling to see this information. I was naive but my credit wasn't perfect so I jumped at the chance to re-establish my credit. Thank goodness there are sites like this to make consumers aware of what is going on!
