Complaint Review: First Capital Consumer Group - Gabbie

Was Solicited over the phone, more then likley from a form filled out on the internet. The company presented themselves as "First Capital Consumer Group" and offered me a 0% Mastercard for a one time intial payment of $199.

The credit card was suppose to arrive within 7-14 business days after the check had cleared from my bank. Eventually after calling them up (on the non toll-free # of course) I eventually got a package in the mail with various coupons and advertisments for products and services, but alas no credit card. The only thing was a perferated form of which was suppose to mailed back to activate the "official card"
