Complaint Review: First Capital Consumer Group

I was contacted last week by First Capital Consumers Group with the offer of a Mastercard with a $2000 credit limit, and a free Samsung cell phone w/ 3000 free minutes, for a one time debit to my checking account of $199. I work at the bank that I do business with, so I am able to keep a very good eye on my account. I requested the First Capital telemarketer to debit my account on Friday, the 14th of June, but it didn't even come through until today, the 18th. I've tried calling the number, and all I've gotten is a voice mail redirect, and have never talked to a live person since. I did an internet search for First Capital Consumers Group, and found this site. At first, I didn't believe what I was reading. In a way, I still don't, but I don't want to lose that money, and that's what it all comes down to. Jenifer Dover, New Hampshire
