First Capital Consumer I can't believe they can get away with this! rip-off scam liars Toronto Ontario
In June of 2002, First Capital Consumer called my home several times telling me that they had both a Mastercard and a Visa reserved for me totalling $4500.00 at the unbelievable interest rate of 4.9%. I was assured that the $199 that I forked over would be a ONE TIME FEE that would get me a great deal on a credit card to which I could transfer all of my higher interest balances. I waited and waited, but have still recieved nothing. When I called my bank and told them of the fraud, they gave me another companies name and number (a clearing house for the wire transfers) who in turn gave me a number in "I think Canada".
It was just an answreing machine on which I have left numerous messages to no avail. How can companies like this continue to operate?!!?
