like many i received a phone call saying i had applied for a credit card. they took my information, deducted $199.95 out of my checking account and promissed 2 credit cards one master card with a credit limit of $2000.00 and one visa with a credit limit of $2500.00. i was told that they both had cash advance, balance transfer, no monthly annual fee, and 0% finance for 1 year. i was then told i would receive my credit cards 4 weeks after the date of withdrawl from my account. that day came and went and i called the number they gave me and the phone was busy or i got a recording, no one returned phone calls, no supervisor was ever available to talk to.
Now i am told that i am only recieving a large package in
the mail and it has signature cards in it. they said to sign them and send them back and then in 3 more weeks i will receive my cards. that is when i learned that master card is secured and visa might not even send their card because it is only an application of some sort. almost 2 months later of long distance calls and horrible conversation (because the english they speak is not good) i still have not received my so called package. nor do i believe i will.
oh they say you can get your money back as long as you dont open the package and send them with a copy of the bank statement when it was deducted.
they know what they are doing they just play stupid and make you think they dont know anything.
