presented itself fraudlulant manner prey on people whose credit is not good, then rip them off for money they really don't have.

This company called with the promise of a Visa with a guaranteed $2500 limit immediatly upon receipt of my $199 deposit. I clairified this and repeated myself several times to the salesperson, who again and again repeated "no gimmicks, you are guaranteed to recieve in the mail within the next 10 days, a Visa card with $2500 already on it for your immediate use!"
Six weeks later when I actually recieved something from these people it was a packet of coupons (which I would never use, travel info, etc,) but no Visa. Upon making a phone call to the above company they then explained that I had the opportunity to "apply" for the visa.
They recieved a letter and phone calls of complaint, and I have had not One response from them...even when requesting to speak to a supervisor!!!! This is truely a ripoff scam used to milk people out of hard earned money. I am a single mother with four daughters, two of which I am putting through college along with myself. I am disturbed that people can take advantage of this!!!

P.S. I no longer have my banking account, as they knew when I ordered this. I explained I was moving to Idaho, and the $2500 visa would be a great help in my move!!
