Complaint Review: First Capital Consumers Group

I received a call from First Capital Consumers Group late May. Their rep., Lori, said hear comp. can help me restore my credit with their credit card. She said all i have to do was give them my banking info and that they would withdrawl the processing fee from my acct. She also said that once they received the processing fee($199.00), they would send out the card in three weeks and even hook me up with a samsung phone. Lori,their rep., even said the money could be post dated so it wouldnt cause my acct. to go in the negative. I had tried to call them back ,trying to change the date of the withdrawl and the only thing that would answer the phone was the answer machine. I had call several times and evertime it was the answering machine that would pick up. When i couldn't get any service, i got fed up and call their so called " customer service number" and gave them my so called " customer pin number 1515" and told them that i didnt want their offer and not to withdrawl any money from my acct. because it wouldn't be there and i didn't want their service. On June 11, i had called my bank to check my acct. and found that they withdrew money from my acct. when i had left a message for them not to do so. Not only did they withdraw the money, but they also put my acct. in the negative. Causing me to own the bank, the $199.00 plus the $25 over draft fee.... shelby randolph, Massachusetts
