Complaint Review: FIRST CAPITAL CONSUMERS GROUP

i got scammed by this company, 199.00 out of my account didnt recieve the card filed with my bank before 30 days was up they denied because i gave permission for them to rip me off so i have re filed before the 60 day mark an affidavit for my money back because i havnt received what i paid 199.00 for

i contacted you at least 30 days ago you sent me an e-mail saying that you would negotiate my refund i would see it in 7-10 working days, i also realized that when i call this bogus company it cost me .74 a minute to get ripped off more by their customer service who has no record of my name

but they sure got my 199.00 the phone bill total was about 48.00 before i realize i was wasting my time.
