First Capital Consumers Group is a rip off that took $199.00 from my checking account but never sent card. Bel Air, Maryland
I received a telemarketing phone call from First Capital Consumers, who told me that I was qualified to receive their credit card.
I was told that I would get a credit card with a $2500 limit, and was given a pin number.
At that point I was told that all I had to do was paid the credit card fee upfront, which was $199.00. The $199.00 was debited out of my checking account.
I was told that I would have my credit card in about four to five weeks. Of course, I never received a credit card, and could never reach anyone at the customer service number.
So I don't have my $199.00, or credit card which was promised. But I am now determined to get my money back, no matter what it takes.
