First Capital Consumers Group is an outlandish, fraud, ripoff, scam. They lie, steal, and make false promises. Toronto, Ontario, Canada & Buffalo, NY & Nationwide, Internet, USA
On febuary 21 2002 this company called me on my home phone and said that they were affliated with Mastercard and that I was guaranteed a credit card with a $2000 limit. All I had to do was send them a processing fee of $199.
I asked the representative all the information about the company and he gave it to me. I then let the company debit my checking account $199. He had said the mastercard would arrive at my house in 10-14 days.
Twenty five days later I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bereau. It is now April 28th and I have yet to recieve a response from the company or the BBB. I have the company's phone number but every time I call I get a message box. I am tired of waiting around!

I have been taken by First Capital Consumer Group. A representative called my home and offered me a $2500 limited mastercard and visa back in early part of April on April 17, 2002 they took $199 out of my checking account and I have not seen a credit card or my $199. I am a single mother from Detroit, Michigan and I can not afford to be ripped off by this company. If there anyone that can help me get my money back? They give you a phony customer service number that is a recording and no one ever calls back. I feel stupid for gotten taken so easily.
