I was taken advantage by these rip offs. Just an honest person trying to re-establish his credit and looking for a break. Just like many of you out there. I have a wife and four kids and cannot afford to have $199 taken from us. That could pay for groceries at home. We are on a fixed income and cannot afford to lose $199. I am disgusted and hurt as a consumer. How could I ever trust anything from the internet and on the phone? Henry Houston, Texas
