A customer service representative called my house one evening and told me that she saw that I was trying to establish credit and I had been approved for a visa and matercard of a limit of $2,500 each. All I had to do was pay a one time charge of $199 for both cards! Usually in telephone sales calls, I always say "before I agree to anything, I will need something in writing." This company sounded so ligit that when I asked them, they gave me a very good excuse.

At first, I was a little skeptical about the call but I kept listening. Before I knew it, I had agreed and was giving them all of my information. After CSR received all of my information, he told that someone will be calling me within a half hour to confirm all of my information. Sure enough, they called me. Before the conversation ended, she gave me a confirmation number.

It has been over a month now, and I still do not have my credit cards. I tried to contact someone, and all I ever get is voice mail. I should have gone with my gut and never agreed to anything until I had it in writing. I am very irate about the situation and I want my money back!!!
