Complaint Review: First capital Consumers Group

Megan called me and told me she was with FIRST CAPITAL CONSUMERS GROUP and i had been approved for a visa of 2000.00 and a mastercard of 2500.00. All she needed was to confirm my info which she had.

I said i was not interested and she kept on so i said i would talk to my husband and call her back. She said ok. We talked about it and we decided that it sounded funy.

So i called back and talked to a Val i cancelled it with her. She said to use my pin number 1515 as a confermation. Then my account wass cahrged 199.00.

I have tried to call no answwer. I get a recording, left 2 messages and no response.
