Complaint Review: First Capital Consumers Group

they promise to let me have two credit cards. all i have to pay was 199.00 one time fee.all i had to do was give them my bank account number and routing number so they could take out fee. if i had any questions they gave mw a number and ext. to call. but guess what? they would never answer. how can people get away with this. it should be against the law!!! i hope others do not fall prey to this scam! jenny barnes fort worth texas
