At the end of March I got a phone call from First Capital telling me that I would get 2 credit cards. One from Visa for $2000 line of credit and one from Mastercard for $2500 and that if I paid $199 I would get them in a couple weeks.

I have called several times and the last time they told me that my package would be here April 24-25, 2002 and that my card would be here the first week of May.

I have yet to get my package and they said that it would come first. I have recieved my bank statement and the debit from First Capital came out on April 10, 2002. I hope that no one else goes for this scam!!
