First contacted in Feb. and was told for $219 I would get two credit cards, one a Visa with a $2000 limit and a Mastercard with a $2500 limit. I accepted and she said a secured line would be set up and 20 minutes later I received a phone call. The money was immediately withdrawn from my account and I was told my cards would be sent within 10-15 business days. 17 business days passed and I called and was told everything was fine with my account and the cards had been sent.

One week later and still nothing. Called at least 20 times and left messages and never received a return call. In June I received a call from them saying that my cards had been sent to the wrong address. He then said for $249 dollars he would send my cards out right away and I would have them within 5 days. I said I already paid $219 and he said that was just a sign on fee and that the $249 is actually the activation fee. I told him that I wanted my original $219 refunded and he said he needed to speak with his supervisor and would call me back the next day. Never received that call.
